Finding a dermatological shampoo at this hotel was nearly impossible, so I went to 3 drugstores in the area, but none had it. On the bright side, the heated swimming pool was very enjoyable with my child, and the location is convenient for exploring the town. the room service was slow, and the breakfast was not impressive.
The management was not up to par. My dermatological shampoo fell through the bathroom window and disappeared, and the hotel did nothing about it.

We had an amazing weekend at a hotel we recently stayed in. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a charming town surrounded by stunning mountains. Our little child had a great time at the heated swimming pool and we enjoyed relaxing in the sun. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast every morning which we loved.
We had one unfortunate incident during our stay. My dermatological shampoo fell through the window and when we contacted reception to retrieve it, they did not handle the situation efficiently. It disappeared and we were left without any compensation or apology. We had to go to several drugstores around town to find a replacement, which was quite inconvenient. Despite this negative experience, we still enjoyed our stay overall.

The swimming pool area was really great, perfect for relaxing with my child. It was heated so we could enjoy it even on chilly days. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was located near some great restaurants and shops, making it very convenient for exploring the city.
There was a lack of attention to detail when it came to management. I had an issue where my dermatological shampoo disappeared and the hotel staff didn't take any responsibility for it.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and I especially enjoyed the heated swimming pool. They had excellent hotel facilities, including parking, which was convenient for us. Moreover, the hotel's location was great as it was near three drugstores in the area. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was welcoming and always ready to assist me with whatever I needed.
Nothing negative to say.
